Caregiver Package
- Caregivers are allowed two days of leave each month as part of their service terms. ( কেয়ারগিভাররা প্রতি মাসে ২ দিন ছুটির অধিকারভুক্ত থাকেন। )
- If a client requests a replacement caregiver during the regular two off days, a replacement charge will apply accordingly. ( কেয়ারগিভারের নির্ধারিত দুইদিন ছুটির সময়ে যদি ক্লায়েন্ট বিকল্প কেয়ারগিভার চান, সে ক্ষেত্রে অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে। )
- Clients are required to provide at least one meal per day to the caregiver. If not provided, a meal allowance of BDT 3,000 per month will be charged. For 24-hour duties, providing meals is mandatory. ( ক্লায়েন্টদের প্রতি দিন অন্তত একটি খাবার প্রদান করা বাধ্যতামূলক। যদি খাবার প্রদান না করা হয়, তাহলে মাসিক ৩,০০০ টাকা খাবার ভাতা হিসেবে অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে। ২৪ ঘণ্টার ডিউটির ক্ষেত্রে খাবার প্রদান অবশ্যই বাধ্যতামূলক। )

Post-Hospital Care
After hospital discharge assistance while recovering from surgeries, managing chronic health conditions (such as chronic cancer, chronic kidney, etc.), and doctor visits at the hospital.
Personalized Care
Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as eating, bathing, diaper changing, medication management, grooming, dressing, toileting, doctor visitation, and transferring ensuring seniors can maintain their dignity and hygiene.
Companion Care
Companionship through conversation, visiting memory lanes, and engaging in enjoyable activities.
Chronic Care
Care and support for chronic health conditions such as heart disease, cancer, dementia, Parkinson's or neurological diseases type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, kidney and liver diseases,, and patients who require post-operative care.
Respite Care
Respite care services give family members a break to recharge while our professional caregivers take on caregiving duties.
Emergency Medical Conditions
Providing CPR, managing choking, controlling sudden bleeding, and providing emergency drugs according to doctor’s order.
